Zumba Gold is a fun, low impact dance class with a Latin beat. Suitable for all beginners and older adults who would like to exercise to great music. Do join us and dance along with these vibrant local ladies at 9am on Wednesdays. Wear comfy clothes and shoes, bringing along a water bottle to keep you refreshed. After the hour long class, we socialise at the Bistro over a cuppa. Every 3 months or so we have a themed class and everyone loves the opportunity to dress accordingly. Great fun was had recently at our Great Gatsby, Country Girls, Australia Day, St Patrick’s Day, Hawaiian, Disco and We Love Purple Days. Life is great when you start the day dancing.
